Pulau Aur is located offshore about 67km (39.7miles) east of Mersing and it is a well known tropical paradise with white sandy beaches and clear blue waters.The tropical waters of Malaysia offer some of the world's best scuba diving. There are many things one can do at Pulau Aur but the most famous activity amongst travellers there is ofcourse scuba diving.Other activities include snorkeling and diving.If you are a fan of the ocean and ocean oriented activities the Malaysian Travel Guide highly recommends Pulau Aur.

If you are coming from Sinagapore , drive through Johor Bahru(JB) until u reach Kota Tinggi which is approximately an hours drive from JB. Mersing town is another hour drive from Kota Tinggi and there take a boat in Mersing's jetty.There are lots of roadsings along the way so it is kinda impossible to get lost. If you are coming from Kuala Lumpur(KL), take the north/south highway form KL and exit at Air Hitam which is about two hours away.From there , drive to Kluang , than Kahand and finaly Mersing Town  (the journey should less than two hours).
